Digital Marketing Specialist

Position: Digital Marketing SpecialistPosition Type: Full-TimeSalary: $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation per annumLocation: Killarney Vale NSW 2261Our client is a leading removalist company dedicated to providing seamless and stress-free moving experiences for their clients. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they specialize in residential and commercial moves, locally and internationally.They are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies to promote services and grow the business.Tasks required include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize company website and landing pages to improve search engine visibility, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Create engaging and relevant content for website, blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, and incorporate them into strategies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to align Digital Marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support Digital Marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with web development platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) is preferred.
• Experience in the removalist or logistics industry is a plus.
