As our Marketing Specialist, you are at the forefront of shaping our marketing strategies for the whole lifecycle of our Stake product. Dive into the data to enrich the user experience with clear communication and imaginative content, all rooted in insightful analysis. You will develop comprehensive plans for campaigns and customer journeys across the sportsbook and casino components of the platform. Your role is not just about navigating the present but actively steering the course for the future, ensuring our marketing efforts remain innovative, effective, and ahead of the game.
You will report directly to the Marketing Team Lead and also facilitate and mentor other members of the marketing team!

What you will do:
- Build and manage all English based customer journeys and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle.
- Managing customer segmentation, targeting, and personalised efforts for effective communication.
- Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate to our player base.
- Collaborating with CRM Supervisor, colleagues and stakeholders to design and deliver outstanding customer journeys to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle.
- Managing the day-to-day execution, testing, optimisation and reporting of best practice marketing campaigns across channels such as Email, SMS, Webpage Pop Up (3T mindset: Test, Track & Tweak).
- Developing and implementing A/B testing to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Supporting and mentoring your more junior marketing colleagues!
What you will bring:
- 2+ years in previous working experience in Marketing, with a focus on creating customer journeys and marketing strategies
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experience
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Essential to have sports & gambling knowledge
Bonus points if you also have:
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
