Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Develop and manage engaging content for our websites, YouTube channel, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts that align with our brand and mission.
Social Media Marketing:
Manage and grow our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and follower growth.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
SEO and Website Management:
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Monitor website analytics and report on performance.
Email Marketing:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
Segment email lists and personalize messages to target specific audiences.
Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
Advertising:
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
Prepare detailed reports on ad spend, performance, and insights.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Industrial B2B or Building industry or DIY Retails environments (Bunnings / Mitre10 / Reece)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and Digital Marketing tools.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Experience with website management and SEO best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with the SalesForce platform and Xero accounting system are a plus.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is available (school hours).
