Marketing Specialist

 

Clinic Mastery is hiring! We’re looking for an amazing Marketing Specialist to join our team. Clinic Mastery is the 2022 WINNER of both the Telstra Best of Business Award, and the Australian Small Business Champions Award, providing business consulting and software as a service to health professionals in Australia and around the world. 

 

A position is available for our in-house Marketing Specialist who helps us to attract more ideal clients to our programs and products.

Your role as our Marketing Specialist is to drive audience growth, lead generation and sales demand. You will report to the CEO, and work with the Sales Team to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives and work with external partners to deliver results aligned with our company's growth objectives. 

 

This is a hands on role. You need to be a creative person, naturally good with strategic thinking, confident and capable in working in an agile approach.

 

We are looking for someone who can drive campaign management. You will enjoy great variety in your role and opportunities to take on new challenges with abundant support to help us deliver on a number of projects within the business, including the expansion of our new Software as a Service (SaaS) tool called Allie. You need to be an outcomes driven marketer, results and reputation matter to us. Whether it's building out a landing page, having to write some copy or generate some creative for campaigns, you need to be able jump into the various areas of marketing and make it happen.

Clinic Mastery works with allied health clinic owners who are looking to grow their clinic and amplify their impact. We’re on a mission to create an integrated suite of support services for clinic owners to support them across the stages of their business journey, from start up through to exiting their business.

We work mainly online, which means we place a high importance on regular communication, video conferencing on Zoom, and using Google Workspace and Slack as our primary productivity suites. 

 

This is a remote full time role. We are a team that is dispersed across Australia and Asia, there is no "office" and you'll be working 100% online. We meet a couple of times each year in person as a team. The majority of our working hours follow Australian hours, of which you will need to make yourself available for, but at times we need you to be flexible due to our globally dispersed team. In return, we also offer flexibility.
 

The Role - what you’ll do:

We are looking for you to be our Marketing Specialist, generating qualified leads and supporting those leads to become prospects by focusing on designing, creating and managing effective marketing campaigns. 

 

While it’s important for you to impact our near term marketing and sales results, you need to implement a brand strategy approach that also helps us play the long game and continue to build our reputation within the market. 

 

This is a full time position and gives you the opportunity to work-from-home and to choose your hours (between 8am - 8pm Sydney time) around the following activities:

 

What you’ll be doing:

Strategy Execution:

  • Design and create the marketing strategy and campaign plan to achieve our objectives. 
  • Lead the operational execution of our multi-channel marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation and nurturing, content marketing, brand awareness and audience growth.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of program launches and evergreen funnels, maintaining alignment with our sales objectives and brand message. 

 

Campaign and Project Management:

  • Manage the rollout of marketing campaigns including new offerings and program launches.
  • Utilise project management tools to oversee and manage campaigns, ensuring attention to detail and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to integrate leads into the sales process and generate prospect opportunities and booked calls.

 

Content Management:

  • Manage a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring content is developed, produced and published across all channels and in alignment with our audience growth and engagement goals. We’ve got an abundance of content and talent, we need you to help bring it to the world. 
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of various forms of content, including digital media, copy, graphics, and videos.
  • Work closely with the production team for the creation and management of digital content.
     

Online Presence and Paid Advertising:

  • Manage and enhance our online presence across various platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing platforms.
  • Oversee the relationship with agency partners and paid advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

 

Data Analysis and Optimisation:

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilise data insights for continuous optimisation of marketing efforts across all channels.

What your day will look like:

We start each day with a daily huddle for 15 minutes over Zoom, which is where as a team we share news, what we’re working on for the day, and what we need help with. It’s a great way to connect together before the day begins.
Then, it’s over to you. There will be meetings dotted throughout the week, but you will be in command of organising your own time to achieve the work that needs to be done. 
We’re in constant communication with each other over Slack, so you’ll always feel connected. 
The flexibility the role brings makes it ideal for those who like to work hard, and also enjoy some freedom in their day.
