Master Data Specialist

AAMG are seeking an experienced Master Data Specialist for our clients mining operation located in Blackwater, Central QLD.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Planning Superintendent, the primary focus of this role is to provide Master data support to the mobile & Fixed maintenance planning team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining Plant Maintenance Master data by applying and maintaining data standards to both new and existing Master data.

The duration of the contract is 12 months with the flexibility to work from home after the initial embedding period on site.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Strong technical knowledge of Mobile & Fixed plant assets
• Manage Master Data requirements and utilise knowledge to ensure data health
• Strong planning background and work management knowledge
• Master Data auditing
• Reviewing work orders
• Data validation and cleansing
• Document management
• Utilise business intelligence reporting services
• System improvement initiatives and change requests captured and completed
• Engage in meetings to validate data and liaise with key stakeholders on site
• Master Data Development including Bills of Materials, Maintenance Plans & Maintenance Tactics Development and Data Cleansing activities

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Mechanical trade background
• Strong technical knowledge of mobile assets
• Manage Master Data requirements and utilise your CMMS knowledge to ensure data health
• Strong planning background and work management knowledge
• Master Data auditing
