The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager National Distribution, the Master Data and Asset Care Specialist will be responsible for the guidance/ leadership to long term and strategic planning function for Incitec Pivot Fertilisers, including development and coaching on the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SAP.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the current CMMS and Asset performance.
- Managing system processes for SAP, iAuditor, SharePoint, Shaers and Microsoft Suite along with adherence to the IPL corporate governance
- Manage the Process and Asset Management reports
- Development of detailed costs for all CMMS activities, including life cycle cost modelling for assets, plans, jobs and Bill Materials (BOMs) for equipment and manage budget forecasting in line with maintenance plans
- Maintain the Work Management Manual, IPL Standards, SAP configuration manual and relevant training material
- Work with the maintenance Manager to ensure the agreed systems and process are followed and assist in the implementing continuous improvement initiatives for the long term and strategic maintenance plan for all assets
- Travel to site when required
What you'll bring
- You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Experienced with influencing internal/ external stakeholders and able to take ownership of the role
- Formal education in either a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- A high level of experience within SAP, computer literacy and Microsoft suite of products
- Leadership experience, ideally within Engineering, Maintenance or other Heavy Industries
