Our Client, a large Federal Government Department is seeking a Master Scheduler to join their team on a broad program of work.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for leading the development, preparation and maintenance of the program schedule.
- Support and oversee schedules, plans, task coordination, dependencies, and timeline/critical path monitoring including scheduling of program activities in consultation with stakeholders across the Indigo Program.
- Produce high-quality documentation to inform status reports for the Program Executives and steering committee.
- Conduct evaluation of program activity progress, identifying risks and developing and facilitating intervention procedures where required.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing a schedule in a large-scale program.
- Experience working in program and projects, preferably using SAFe Agile methodology.
- Advanced skills in project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency using DevOps.
