- Providing a comprehensive view of all activities, ensuring that no tasks are overlooked, and that interdependencies are effectively managed.
- Ensuring that resources are utilised to their maximum potential, thereby ensuring cost-effectiveness. • Identifying potential bottlenecks or schedule conflicts and provide proactive solutions.
- Informing stakeholders of the program’s progress, key milestones, and potential changes, to ensure transparency and trust.
- Regularly reviewing and adjusting the schedule as needed to enable the measurement of program performance against planned timelines and ensure that deviations are promptly addressed.
- Ensuring that all projects under the program these are harmonised and integrated seamlessly.
- Gathering data on scheduling successes and challenges and drive continuous improvement in the program’s delivery processes to ensure the evolution of best practice.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including non-technical senior managers.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business, technology, external suppliers and other subject-matter experts.
