About the role:
As a Materials Officer you will be responsible for providing a wide range of support services to trade staff by facilitating the ordering and supply of components, cyclic stocktaking, goods receipting, picking and packing of orders and general warehousing activities, to contribute to the efficient running of the SEQ operations and facilities. This role will interact with various levels of employees and management and will work to strict time frames to ensure that business needs are met.
The team typically work between the hours of 0700 - 1600 Monday to Friday across a standard 38 hour week, however we are seeking candidates who have flexibility to also work additional hours where required, for occasional outside standard work hours during the week or on weekends as required, where approved overtime payments will apply. We are a team who strive to provide high performance outcomes, no two days are the same allowing us to think on our feet, deliver positive outcomes for the business and enjoy having fun at the same time.

- Annual base salary range of $68, 697 - $76, 120.

About you:
- Must have current Forklift licence.
- Must own reliable vehicle transport.
- Yellow Card - Class VF desired.
- Be flexible with work hours.
- Have systems-based skills, preferably having used SAP system or similar software.
- Experience working in a distribution centre or maintenance facility and working to tight timeframes.
- Be able to make decisions and solve problems.
- Ability to work within a team and also work independently.
