- Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
- $88,066-$93,671 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 4) + Superannuation

Your new role
Are you interested in furthering your skills and building a career within Industrial Relations?
This role will see you addressing complaints and providing professional investigative services for a wide range of employee and public related complaints in accordance with legislation.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

Application Criteria
- Qualification in Certificate IV (Government, Investigations, Business or Law) or demonstrated experience within a Human Resources or compliance / investigative role.
- Knowledge pertaining to industrial relations, employment law and Human Resources best practices and a developing knowledge of legal and administrative law practices pertaining to investigative services.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and judgement when dealing with sensitive investigations.
- Demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills with proven ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
