Upskill Program is a free, intensive training initiative designed to help professional drivers acquire
a Higher Truck license (e.g., upgrading from HR to HC or HC to MC).This program provides comprehensive training using our MC Truck simulator, practical experience, and mentorship opportunities. Kickstart Upskill will equip you with the skills and confidence needed to excel in your truck driving career.
We offer:- Ongoing intakes of Upskill participants throughout the year.
- Hands-on experience and exposure to our MC truck simulator and trucks.
- Dedicated mentors and experienced professionals to guide you throughout the program.
- Opportunities for long term or casual employment for the right candidates who have successfully obtained their MC Licence
Qualifications- Current HR truck license holders (HC or MR license holders are also encouraged to apply).
- Passionate individuals with a genuine interest in the transport industry.
- Strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and excellent driving record.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and commit.
- Ability to pay for your own testing/licensing.
