ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a JJ’s MC Driver based out of Stapylton, you will transport bulk solid waste between our JJ’s facilities.
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
All training will be provided by a depot authorised trainer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a B-Double or B-Triple FH Volvo with high volume side tipper trailers
- Transport bulk waste from Central Queensland to Willowbank
- 2 loads per week
- Away up to 5 nights
- Start and finish at Stapylton – no FIFO
- Follow approved routes
- Be able to complete paperwork accurately and neatly – NHVR work diary, run sheets.
- Follow JJ’s Policies, Procedures and comply with HVNL at all times
- Report defects accurately and in a timely manner
ABOUT YOU
- Hold an MC licence with minimum 2 years’ experience
- Previous side tipper experience highly regarded
- Be able to work productively with operations staff, customers and other driving team members
- Consistent commitment to safe work practices
- Be willing to work to 12-14hrs per day with overnights in approved sleeper berth (Overnight allowances will be paid)
- BFM accredited
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle mass limits
- Attend a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
- Be willing to provide a licence history report for last 5 years
