Mcdonalds Restaurant Manager

As we trade 24hrs a day we can offer flexible shifts to suit your availability.
This positions fall under the Fast food Industry award
Tasks and Responsibilities would include :

• Being responsible for delivering outstanding QSC
• Supervise crew and shift managers to ensure that all restaurant procedures are adhered to
• Be responsible for food safety throughout the restaurant
• Follow all safety and security standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees
• Work within a team to achieve shift targets and restaurant goals.
• Review and monitor sales projections, guest counts and sales - and set shift targets and weekly goals
• Have customer experience at the core of all that you do

What qualifications do you need to join our team

• An Australian equivalent diploma in retail or
• Or a minimum of 2-3 years experience in retail or hospitality management

These positions are full time with a salary package range of $75 000 to $100 000 per year
