The Restaurant Manager will drive sales and profit through strategic management of operations whilst developing and inspiring the growth of their people. This individual will be empowering our people to achieve our business goals through effective leadership, coaching and business planning.
Essential Technical and Behavioural Skills
- A clear and confident communicator
- Excellent at building strong interpersonal relationships with co-workers, stakeholders and third parties
- Self-motivated and proactive, takes the initiative to pre-empt problems
- Organised, methodical and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple complex matters at once
- Ethical and responsible, understands and adheres to Mcdonald's Standards of Business Conduct, always
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed all McDonald's management courses
- The department requires a minimum of two years of Restaurant Manager experience in hospitality or retail if you have not completed a Diploma-level Australian qualification.
