Everfresh IGA is opening a brand new store in Capestone conveniently located across the road from Mango Hill East train station!
Everfresh aims to offer customers a wide range of quality fresh and health products, at a competitive price, while also providing customers with a traditional grocery offering.
We invite interested applicants to apply for the Meat Manager role. We are looking for an active, enthusiastic, and willing Manager to help grow this new business.

Essential Criteria
- Have a Certificate III in Meat Processing (or equivalent/above) trade qualification
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Previous management experience and skills
- Ability to lead and manage a small sized team (previous supervisory experience of small teams essential)
- Experience in training and coaching staff and apprentices in various work areas & topics
- Experience within fresh food, including demonstrable expertise in stock control, presentation, stock rotation, shrinkage/wastage, and presentation
- Demonstrate ability to cut product and present to company guidelines
- Good understanding of WH&S and food safety requirements
- Intermediate level of computer skill
Preferred Criteria
- Knowledge of GP
- Experience in retail butchering
- Experience with wage budgets and rostering staff
