Form of workAn opportunity exists for either a full time or part time Meat Packer at our Bidfood branch located in Gillman.
About the Role:
Shifts for this role are across Monday to Friday with no weekend work. The successful applicant is required to pick and assemble goods and load trucks.
Experience in a meat room is essential, as is knowledge of meat cuts. This is a physical position with some heavy lifting and an immediate start available.
Duties:
- Pick and pack fresh meat accurately
- Load trucks accurately
- Working in a deadline driven environment
- Maintain product integrity
Skills and Experience:
- Capable of working without supervision
- Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is required
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
