About the Roles
We are looking for Skilled Meat Works (Boners, Slicers and Slaughterman) and Food Production Workers to join our Rockhampton team.
Based on your previous skills, you could be working in any of the following positions:
•Packing, labelling and other general food production.
•Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing of our meat products.
•Cattle intake and processing.
•Product grading and sorting.
•Operating equipment and machinery such as packaging and loadout.
•Picking and packing, general labouring or forklift driving.
•Cleaning, quality and hygiene.
About You
Along with a “can do” attitude your skills and experience include:
•Full working rights in Australia.
•Previous experience as a Boner, Slicer or Slaughterman for Skilled Meat Worker roles – otherwise no experience necessary.
•Be willing to work in either cool or warm temperature environments.
•Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
•Be Q-fever vaccinated (or willingness to get).
What’s in it for You?
As a full-time, permanent employee, you will work a Monday to Friday roster 38 or 40hrs per week.
•Our Production Labouring rates start at $26.68 per hour.
•Our Skilled Meat Worker range is $69,000 - $72,000 per annum.
