- Boning and Trimming: Precision is key! Skilfully remove bone from meat cuts and ensure the highest quality of trimming
- Processing Operations: Operate machinery and equipment for Meat Processing, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee that the products meet our stringent quality standards. Identify and address any discrepancies promptly
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a diverse team of professionals, from fellow technicians to supervisors, to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
- Adherence to Regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations and follow hygiene and safety protocols diligently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Meat Processing or related field is preferred but not mandatory. We value a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Able to work early starts at 4am and work in a refrigerated environment
- Adherence to safety guidelines and regulations
