1. Boning and Trimming: Precision is key! Skilfully remove bone from meat cuts and ensure the highest quality of trimming
2. Processing Operations: Operate machinery and equipment for Meat Processing, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times
3. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee that the products meet our stringent quality standards. Identify and address any discrepancies promptly
4. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a diverse team of professionals, from fellow technicians to supervisors, to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
5. Adherence to Regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations and follow hygiene and safety protocols diligently

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Meat Processing or related field is preferred but not mandatory. We value a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Able to work early starts at 4am and work in a refrigerated environment
• Adherence to safety guidelines and regulations
