You will have:
- Strong trade background in electrical / electronics.
- Electro-mechanical experience on high speed processing equipment.
- Extensive experience in a maintenance role, fault identification and rectification.
- Computer literacy including MS-DOS, MS-Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook and an understanding of parameter-based software configurations.
- Proven capacity to work independently and within a regional team environment.
- Exceptional customer liaising skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out service, maintenance and installation of CPS equipment.
- Inspection, repair, testing and adjustments of CPS equipment.
- Maintaining technical skills and further development of technical knowledge relevant to the position.
- Liaise & communicate with customers on service and related matters when required.
- Maintenance of appropriate technical licences and security passes.
- Conduct of basic internal product training with peers as required.
- Providing basic safety and operator training on CPS equipment.
- Completion of works documentation and entering into service system database.
- Conduct of all work in a professional manner and in compliance with all customer service contracts.
Candidates must be prepared to and be able to:
- Provide a Police clearance certificate
- Due to the sensitive nature of the work drug and alcohol dependencies will not be tolerated. There will be random testing at work sites.
- There may be limited service call-outs till 10pm. If daytime services are done properly this will be rare.
- There may be limited regional travel within Australia and international sites within the Oceania region. This will be rare but can happen if emergency cover is required.
