About the opportunity
This role is based at the current brand new Murray Bridge Plant ! Due to demand, we are reaching out to skilled Slicers & Boners to work within the Beef Boning Room Department.
The Beef Slicer role will include:
- Beef slicer - must be competent in all facets of slicing of beef.
The Beef Boner role will include:
- Breaking carcasses into primal cuts or meat products according to specifications;
- Debone parts of carcasses into primal cuts or meat products according to specifications;
- Boning of forequarters, loins, hindquarters etc.
- General labouring tasks

- Good Knife sharpening skills
- Able to produce high quality results
- Effective teamwork
- Ability to work autonomously with direction from your manager
- Great time and workload prioritisation skills
