About the team

As part of the broader Technology team, Corporate Systems are responsible for the development and support of applications across multiple enterprise platforms including Technology for Technology, Corporate Affairs, Finance, Procurement, People & Culture, Risk, Safety and Legal.

Corporate Systems is an integral part of some key initiatives including Salesforce Solutions, SAP implementations, increasing cloud capability and digitising multiple manually intensive processes.

As part of our Store Team Platform division, we are looking for an enthusiastic Snr Test Analyst with manual end-to-end testing experience in managing testing for business critical applications across all test types (both functional and non-functional). You will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of quality assurance and testing for critical applications within a large-scale enterprise setting.

The Senior Test Analyst will ensure the smooth delivery of test planning and execution phases of all assigned projects. This role will require you to lead multiple testing projects at various phases concurrently.

You'll also;

• Work closely with assigned test resources on each project to ensure tracking to schedule
• Identify early any potential risks and issues
• Identify and support implementation of automation.
• Communicate and drive improvement initiatives.

About you and your skills

As a Snr Test Analyst, you will support the evolution, and maintenance of the QA lead capability within Salesforce, to maximise agility, accelerate test automation evolution, and unlock efficiencies.

You will have expert knowledge across various testing technologies and manage the end-to-end testing process across various projects. You will be responsible for the translating of functional, technical, infrastructure and data requirements into test specifications and/or test cases.

You'll also have:

• Extensive demonstrated experience with a mix of waterfall and agile methodology and testing processes.
• Development of test strategies, test plans and test summary reports
• Proven experience testing critical systems and managing risk-based testing
• Ability to manage testing across multiple large projects concurrently
• Provide testing estimations for initiatives and projectsISTQB test certification is mandatory
• Proven experience using HP QC/ALM, Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Kronos and/or Workforce Dimensions highly desirable
• Previous experience with test automation using Tosca
• Extensive experience with Manual testing, advantage if you also have automation
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Retail background would be an advantage (but not necessary)
