About the role:
ETS are seeking to recruit a skilled, qualified and motivated Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic fleet services team. The position will be located in our Armadale workshop in Western Australia.
Your day will consist of an interesting variety of work including:
- Undertaking service and repairs on our fleet of MR trucks, EWP’s & small plant
- Attending to breakdowns & repairs
- Fault finding & diagnostics
- Carrying out inspections in a timely manner to required standards
- Maintaining a safe & clean work area

Skills & Experience:
- Relevant mechanical trade qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working on diesel trucks and hydraulic equipment is preferred
- Hands on mechanical and hydraulic engineering experience would be advantageous, however we are willing to train/upskill the right person
- Ideally you will have a technical and practical understanding of EWP’s, utes, chippers and vegetation maintenance equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to accurately complete work-related documentation is essential.
- Proven ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
Salary Package includes:
- Circa $65 per hour in line with your skills and experience, plus overtime @ 1.5 times (potential annual earnings of $150k plus (including overtime)
- 11% Super
