Mechanic - Heavy Vehicle

About the role: 

As our business is going through a period of rapid growth we are now excited to be adding to our team.

We are inviting applications from skilled Mechanics to join our Leongatha workshop.  As a mechanic with ETS you will play an integral part in ensuring high levels of safety, quality and efficiency are provided to our work sites.

Your day will consist of:

• Undertaking service and repairs on our fleet of MR trucks, EWP’s & small plant
• Attending to breakdowns & repairs
• Fault finding & diagnostics
• Carrying out inspections in a timely manner to required standards
• Maintaining a safe & clean work area

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant mechanical trade qualifications
• Knowledge and experience working on diesel trucks is preferred
• Ideally you will have a technical and practical understanding of EWP’s, utes, chippers and vegetation maintenance equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to accurately complete work-related documentation is essential. 
• Proven ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team.
• Proactive with a can-do attitude

Hands on mechanical and hydraulic engineering experience would be advantageous, however we are willing to train/upskill the right person
