About the role:
Goodline require a Mechanical Department Administrator to join our Port Hedland team. This role is responsible for ensuring that the administrative side of the Mechanical Department is running efficiently by supporting the department superintendent in their daily duties. Duties include:
- Reviewing of works in progress and closing out outstanding jobs in a timely manner
- Tracking and delivery of material purchases
- Maintaining the superintendent schedule
- Attending and minuting meetings
About you:
You will be self-motivated and passionate about all aspects of administration delivery. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and time management with an ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks within set deadlines. You will be detail orientated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, word and outlook is required.
