The Mechanical Design Manager will be a motivated person, who has structural engineering experience with the focus on thinking innovatively. You will be inspiring other employees and our customers to think beyond today and to keep the company’s innovative philosophy at the forefront of your mind. You will be working with a team of fellow designers, reporting on progress to the National Design Manager.
Selection Criteria: You must be an Australian citizen or have existing rights to live and work in Australia Demonstrated mechanical and/or structural design experience including tertiary education Complete & assist with concept through to construction designs in line with customer needs and to required Standards Preparing bill of materials Knowledge of Installation and implementation of systems in the water industry Prior management experience with a proven ability to develop team members Ability to talk to and liaise with customers and supplier Ensure all documentation is timely and accurate Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to work under pressure Excellent written and verbal skills Excellent computer skills and experience with AutoCAD, Inventor and Microsoft Office…
