Mechanical Drafter - Solid Edge Experience

Design & Build are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Drafter who is skilled in Solid Edge, to draft mechanical components for our clients range of data and communication infrastructure ie dat ahall ceilings, security caing, secure mech walls, and server racks and cabinets.Our client is an industry leader who specializes in designing and manufacturing innovative solutions for data centers and computer rooms. Their products ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency in IT infrastructure, catering to a range of industries.Position: Mechanical Drafter
Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Permanent Role)
Salary: Equivalent to $100k per annum + SuperKey Responsibilities:

• Draft and design sheet metal components for data center infrastructure solutions using Solid Edge
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure designs meet specifications and standards
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
• Maintain accurate records of designs and updates

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Solid Edge
• Experience in mechanical drafting for sheet metal manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
