Job description:
- Support customers with solutions for Operation, Maintenance, and condition-based practises and processes.
- Plan and co-ordinate site activities for client site-based project work.
- Manage timely delivery of technical services to meet project requirements.
- Ensure environmental and safety policies are incorporated into client projects and work scopes.
- Actively measure and improve client equipment reliability and availability.
- Support condition-based maintenance practises and processes.
- Develop, review, and optimise integrity management plans, maintenance procedures, spares planning, equipment analysis and asset criticality analysis.
- Initiate facilitate and participate in incident and machinery failure analysis and root cause analysis investigations.
- Implement defect elimination and improvement opportunities.
- Advise and assist with the development of our interactive technical training modules for customers and internal teams.
- Define and develop improvement plans and support implementation via the company’s business and MOC (management of change) system.
- Assist the project manager in the delivery of project work.
Qualifications/Attributes:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must have excellent strong analytical skills.
- Has proven cross-functional team-leading skills.
- Ability to read blueprints at an advanced level.
- Experience with managing projects, including budgets, timelines, and teams.
Salary Range: $119,000 - $135,000 p.a. before superannuation
