All Generators work within specialized industries, in particular Minning shipping, and marine engineering. We design, fabricate, and repair plant and marine assets locally, interstate, and overseas for our valued clients.
- Knowledge in Generators, Alternators and Electric Motors
- Should Design and oversee the construction and repair of marine craft and floating structures.
- They should apply their abilities in using technical equipment, selling technical products, serving as manufacturers' technical representatives
- supervising varied construction projects and manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot and fix issues ( mechanical, electrical & hydraulic)
- Conduct preventive/corrective maintenance and repairs on equipment as per maintenance schedule or as required
- Conduct periodic inspections on equipment investigating problems, diagnosing and rectifying faults
- Should provide technical and service support
- Perform modifications of parts to improve productivity and machine performance if required.
- Understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001.
- In-depth understanding of specialist bodies of knowledge within the engineering discipline.
- Discernment of knowledge development and research directions within the engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of contextual factors impacting the engineering discipline
- Have experience in mechanical fitting, and are confident with your skills.
- Industry experience - Think transferable skills if you have not yet worked in the Marine Industry.
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude, take initiative, and enjoy getting the job done.
- Know SafeWork requirements – practicing your trade safely.
- You can work on your own or in a team.
- Able to work with high attention to detail and quality.
- You have trade-specific tools. (Personal tools), specialty tools will be provided.
- You can speak and communicate using the English language.
