The Role:

We are on the lookout for exceptional engineers to enhance our Mechanical Engineering team. There are multiple opportunities are available for Mechanical Engineers specialising in:

• Product development
• Component design
• Product testing
• Problem solving
• Design for Manufacturing / Assembly
• Hydraulic system design
• Automotive Suspension / Shock Absorbers

Your Impact:

As a pivotal part of our Engineering team and reporting directly to the CTO, you will:

• Lead in the design and development of Mechanical systems, including conceptual design, Validation testing through to product launch.
• Drive innovation in system design and analysis, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to refine and optimise product designs.
• Work to 
• Contribute to multidisciplinary projects, from requirements to execution and testing.
• Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, manufacturing systems and methods of work to gain efficiencies and improve quality to resolve engineering issues.
• Provide technical liaison with supplier, manufacturing and customers.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidates will possess:

• An Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Aerospace, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in mechanical component and hydraulic system design.
• Proficiency in creating and executing detailed test plans.
• Strong Mechanical problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude towards personal and team development.
• Experience in the defence, aerospace, or automotive industries is a plus.
• Willingness to engage in international travel for project needs.
