About the Role:
RED Appointments has a longstanding relationship with one of Australia's biggest mining contractors. Our client requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced Mechanical Fitters for an upcoming Shutdown in Gladstone QLD, starting April 12th.
The projects are based in a Chemical plant with a high focus on safety, successful candidates will hold the following skills/ tickets/ backgrounds:
• Experience in Shutdowns/ Chemical Plant environments
• Flange management, torquing and tensioning, valve removals and installs
• Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets within 2 years
• Previous remote work experience
• Strong commitment to OH&S
Please note a full Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol Screen is part of the application process.

• $62.40 per hour & Penalties
