About Bald Hill

Bald Hill is a Lithium and Tantalum mine based in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. The mine was first commissioned in March 2018, and is emerging as one the leading spodumene producers in the Lithium market.

The operation has gone from strength to strength with a team of highly skilled individuals and a new crushing plant commissioned on site.

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitterto join Bald Hill working a FIFO 8d6x7n7x, to support the new crusher. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on crushing and mobile plant equipment, diagnosing and repairing breakdowns, working with the team to optimise day to day functioning of the crusher.

About You

• Demonstrated crushing experience in the mining industry
• Proven diagnostic and repair skills.
• Commitment to safety with skills to identify and rectify hazards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Australian or Australian recognized Mechanical Trade Qualification 
• WA C Class Drivers License
• Confined Space with Gas Testing (desirable)
• Working at Heights (desirable)
