Mechanical Maintenance Planner - Underground

CSA Mine is looking for an experienced Underground Mechanical Maintenance Planner to join our team. You will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities for the Underground Fixed Plant Mechanical Department.

The objective of this role if to provide weekly and monthly maintenance plans to ensure minimal downtime and is compliant with site standards and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of all underground assets, and tracking work orders to completion
• Update service sheets to ensure they are relevant to the latest standards and maintenance requirements
• Development of future shutdown schedules
• Monitor, develop and improve maintenance strategies to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of equipment and issues or risk
• Maintain a cost & output focus on all activities
• Ensure all spares and parts are available for upcoming work

About You:

• Australian Driver’s Licence
• Mechanical trade – desirable
• Strong knowledge of CMMS Systems
• Good reporting and accounting ability
• Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and scheduling
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• High level attention to detail

Conditions: 

5/2, 4/3 roster - offered on a residential only basis. 12 weeks of transit accommodation, relocation costs and a housing subsidy will be provided to assist you in relocating to Cobar.
