AddressAs a Mechanical Technician, you will perform inspections, repair and overhaul of Aviation Mechanical Components, working in a busy and positive team environment. You will receive a monthly rostered-day-off and will NOT be required to work weekends (our hours are 7.30am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday). We provide off street parking and our airconditioned workshop is situated close to public transport.
Are you the ideal candidate for this role?
- You hold a Trade certificate in either Aviation Aeroskills, Mechanical or Mechanical Fitter and are keen to develop a career in the Aviation component industry.
- You are keen to develop your skills and knowledge and participate in our training program.
- You have Aviation component experience however this is not essential as training is provided.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, possess a keen attention to detail and have a sound level of computer literacy.
- You are willing and able to follow manuals and procedures and must be committed to working safely and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- You demonstrate commitment to teamwork and maintaining positive working relationships within the team.
- You are willing to under-go a pre-employment medical check.
