Media and Library Assistant

Catherine McAuley, Westmead is seeking a Media and Library Assistant to join their collaborative team.
In this role your working hours will be Monday/Tuesday/Friday: 8am - 4pm and Wednesday/Thursday: 9am - 5pm.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Assisting the school's Media Officer with
Social media
Photography
Writing articles
Preparation of the school's newsletter
Preparation of the school's annual magazine
Assisting the Teacher Librarian with
Supporting student use fo the library resources, including books and electronic resources
Distributing resources
Accessioning new resources
Printing
Supervision of students
Experience and Qualifications:
Qualifications in the relevant area of study
Appropriate demonstrated experience
Working with Children Check
The Organisation:
Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 80 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including the completion of a National Police Check, retention of a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CEDP's Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.
