The Marketing Practice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Planner to spearhead our client-focused digital marketing campaigns across the Asia Pacific region. You will play a dual role in developing and implementing effective paid media strategies while also building strong relationships with our clients and representing TMP at the highest level.

What you will do:

Digital Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop data-driven media strategies and plans designed to achieve client campaign objectives across the APAC market.
  • Analyze media opportunities available through various partners, including programmatic, display, content syndication, and social advertising platforms.
  • Manage media budgets and negotiate pricing to optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to clients.

Client Management &  Campaign Execution

  • Partner with top B2B technology clients to understand their advertising goals and develop successful paid media campaigns.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of client campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance marketing) to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and insightful data analysis to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of their campaigns.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships through clear communication, regular meetings, and proactive updates on campaign progress.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media channels, with a strong understanding of the B2B technology sector (advantageous).
  • Expertise in Google Campaign Manager and proficiency in various paid media platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Proven experience developing and managing successful paid media campaigns across the APAC region.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
