Responsibilities:
Assist in planning media advertising with agencies and media partners across all channels, including broadcast TV and digital video, radio and digital audio, outdoor, print and catalogues, search, display and social media.
Collaborate with agency partners to review campaign planning and implementation to ensure that they are driving continued performance and media alignment based on target audiences and business outcomes.
Review post campaign analysis and delivery reports against agency plans and booking confirmations, including using MMM analysis to recommend to the Media Manager adjustments in future campaigns, media planning and implementation.
Handle The Good Guys media finance process, including creating PO’s, working with suppliers for invoicing and PO/Invoice matching.
Ensure material instructions are placed for all media with agencies and media partners.
Supervise campaign creative delivery, including production and uploading assets to publisher platforms as required.
Maintain agency planning documents confirming all media activities and plan changes and ensure that all activities sit within financial planning and budget.
Work with Media partners to ensure agreed service levels and are met.
Handle internal media operations, including organic social posts, Google My Business listings and Monday.com workflow boards.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
Marketing qualifications
2-3+ years' experience working preferably with retail brands and across all media channels
Experience with advertising agency, advertising studios and/or production processes
