Media/Marketing Operations Officer
- Position: Media/Marketing Operations Officer
- Hours: Monday - Wednesday (Three days per week) 8:00am - 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for the school's brand and values
- Create engaging content across various media platforms to showcase student achievements, events, and activities
- Manage school social media accounts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with the school's image
- Collaborate with school leadership to identify marketing opportunities and implement targeted campaigns
- Any other duties as requested by the Principal.
Student Services Officer
- Position: Student Services Officer
- Hours: Thursday & Friday (Two days per week) 8:00am - 3:30pm
The successful applicant will be a welcoming face to the school community and appreciate the sensitive environment of a school. They will be responsible for general school office duties, including administration, and communicating positively with parents, students, teachers and support staff.
Responsiblities:
- Uphold Catholic values in daily duties
- Ensure smooth operation of Student Services
- Present a welcoming face of the College
- Collaborate with staff and maintain confidentiality
- Contact parents professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and save work to College drive
- Provide First Aid and care to students, including managing sickbay
- Any other duties as requested by the Principal.
Desirable experience or expertise:
• Experience in school setting
• A current Sydney Catholic Schools employment ID number
