You will be working alongside a large passionate team of administrative staff, Surgeons and nurses within a modern state-of-the-art office space and clinic. We are looking for a team member with availability from Monday to Wednesday from 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience working in a general or specialist practice is necessary for applications to be progressed.
- Proficient use of Genie is preferred, or experience and proficiency in a similar program is essential. Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in Medical Admin is preferable as this allows the candidate to have a smooth transition to the organisation and their role.
- We are seeking a cadidate with an engaging personality, the ability to multi task and be flexible, a willingness to learn and an eagerness for variety in a fast paced practice.
- Covid-19 and annual influenza vaccinations are mandatory and proof must be provided.

Tasks & responsibilities
- As part of our highly skilled and passionate team, Medical Admin Assistants work along side our Surgeons PA's who together, ensure the rooms run smoothly with consults, surgical bookings and follow up care for our patients.
- Our team of MAA's have a variety of duties which include; attending to phones and emails, liaising with hospitals, patients and business partners, surgical bookings and assisting the PA's with additional adhoc tasks such as payments of consults and surgeries.
