Graduate Accountant - Entry/Junior level

In Australia, Adecco has over 50 years of industry experience making us the most qualified provider and a leading supplier of casual and permanent staff.Client DetailsWe are seeking candidates for the Graduate/Junior Account role on behalf of our client, a global company located in Yeppoon.You will play a pivotal role in assisting in the financial operations and be responsible for AP/AR functions.DescriptionThe key responsibilities and duties of the role:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Check invoices against orders and stock.
• Process supplier invoices to be authorized for payment.
• Reconcile supplier statements and accounts, Cash Sales with journals and actual inventory with records.
• Other ad-hock duties if required.

ProfileIn order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

• Education in accounting (Degrees, Diploma or Certificates etc.).
• Previous experience in accounting is ideal.
• Experience in XERO or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
• Professional business acumen and commercial awareness
• Permanent full work rights with no restrictions.
