As the Medical Affairs Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing scientific and medical support for key therapeutic areas. You'll be the go-to expert for internal and external stakeholders, offering medical insights and field intelligence to shape the development, launch, and life-cycle of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific developments, maintaining a high level of expertise in treatment and healthcare environments.
- Execute the medical and brand plan for the relevant therapeutic area, aligning with regional and global initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, government officials, and healthcare organizations.
- Provide medical and scientific input into the brand plan, supporting strategy and business development.
- Ensure promotional material adheres to regulatory norms and internal compliance rules.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, supporting regulatory affairs and contributing to study-related documentation.
- Facilitate investigator-initiated sponsored research proposals and manage publications related to therapeutic areas.
- Support the planning and implementation of patient access programs.
- Contribute to local and global pharmacovigilance activities.
- Doctoral Degree in Life Science (Ph.D., PharmD, or similar) or medical graduate (Required).
- Medical postgraduate (MD) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- 3-5 years of prior Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Product launch experience and scientific publications are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker, innovative, and able to manage multiple initiatives under pressure.
- Willingness to travel.
