The Opportunity
Here at AIA we are proactively growing of Health Insurance product offering and leading the way in the industry. This has created a rare opportunity to join our Health Claims Team which will allow you to make a true difference to our members.
To do this successfully you will:

• Managing and assessing claims received from members and providers.
• Meeting our claims assessing rules standards in line with business fund rules, products and core systems.
• Managing member queries
• Liaising with Members and external parties

Successful applications will demonstrate:

• Experience in Health Claims - ideally Medical or Hospital
• HAMBS and/or e5 preferred.
• Strong MS Suite skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
