An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a State Government department in Perth CBD. This role is for an immediate start, on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
Your new role
- Identify and validate critical incidents
- Analyse Sick Leave to ascertain relationships to critical incidents, medical appointments, or current diagnosis.
- Review various databases, extract relevant information, and create a chronological timeline.
- Analyse critical information within medical specialist reports to be included in the timeline that relate to the reasons for medical retirement.
- Compile all relevant information, including sick leave and injury reports, into a spreadsheet
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Researching and reporting experience is a bonus
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong computer skills
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
