Medical Device Equipment Specialist - Community

This organisation is a highly successful, established provider of products, and services within the healthcare sector. Due to continued growth, they are in need of a Medical Device Equipment Specialist - Community. It is a key role in servicing clients in the Home-Care space, Allied Health professionals, NDIS and other government funding bodies. The role is varied in nature, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to maintain our client's position as a market leader in the healthcare industry. This is a permanent, full-time role, and you will be servicing customers across Greater Perth.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintain existing accounts while also identifying new business opportunities
• Assist clients with general inquiries regarding product suitability and availability
• Provide product demonstration and training
• Manage your own client contact cycles
• Attend regular inhouse product training sessions to ensure you stay up to date with diverse product range to best serve your customers
• Promote and sell all products in an ethical manner that best meets your customers’ needs
• Ensure “Loan Stock” for trials are properly controlled and administered
• Ensure quotes are actively followed up and pursued
• Maintain customer records and progress reports
• Inspect and report defective equipment in accordance with company policy

 
We are seeking candidates who possess the following traits and experience:

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• A proactive approach to work
• Enthusiastic elf-starter who can build effective relationships
• Prior experience in health/medical related field in a clinical, sales, or customer service related position would be highly advantageous
• Possess a positive, and customer focused attitude
• A team player that can add value in a dynamic business culture
