The Role:
We are in search of a dedicated General Practitioner Recruiter to join our National team. This pivotal role focuses on attracting and hiring the best GPs to meet the growing needs of our medical centres. Leveraging your recruitment expertise and understanding of the healthcare landscape, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality of care we offer by sourcing and placing top-tier medical professionals in our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated success in recruitment with experience in the healthcare (doctor) sector.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability and level of accountability to manage own workload
- Has GP Industry experience and has built a network
- Medical/immigration knowledge essential
- Be part of the team at exhibitions and conferences
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates and team members alike.
- Experience with DPA applications, MDRAP/PEP/RVTS/FSP and other programs for GP recruitment.
- Knowledge and experience with 19AB and 19AA exemption applications
- Craft and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified GP candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including professional networking events, social media, and industry referrals, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' credentials, experience, and compatibility with our clinics' values and culture.
- Oversee the recruitment process from initial candidate engagement to successful placement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and our clinics.
- Keep abreast of trends in healthcare recruitment, regulatory requirements, and best practices to enhance our recruitment approach and outcomes.
- Work directly with the CEO who is a GP - instant decisions!
