THE ROLE

We are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic Casual Clinical Consultant to join our Joint Replacement team in Mildura, on a casual contract.

Our Clinical Consultants are the first point of contact for hospital staff who are using our Stryker products when they need guidance and assistance on the use of our devices. Our talented Clinical Consultants play a vital role in the moments that matter most – the seconds, minutes and hours in which patients lives are changed forever by the skills and knowledge of care givers.

You must have full working rights in Australia for this role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers
• Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products
• ​Conduct education training and support our Territory Managers

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Background as: Theatre nurses, Clinical Consultants, physiotherapists or pharmaceutical representatives looking for casual ongoing work.
• Demonstrated problem solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects.
• Keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitude
• Able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role.
