We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Medical Liaison Officer to join our team based in the North East VIC / Southern NSW border region. This is a permanent part time role working 24 hours per week (flexible days and hours)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Expand X-Ray Group referral network through strategic engagement, events and promotion supported by a dynamic marketing team
- Consult with key stakeholders and promote The X-Ray Group services
- Grow our referral base by engaging with local healthcare providers, including Doctors, Specialists, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Dentists, and Orthodontists driving growth through exceptional service.
- Successfully develop and nurture relationships through educational and social events , sponsorship and local community partners. as well as other initiatives.
- Execute on the marketing strategy and maintaining a comprehensive referrer database
- Maintain, manage, and analyse referrer performance with the support of the marketing manager.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven networking aptitude for business growth and delivery of services
- Flexibility to work varied hours to attend out of hour's clinical information evenings and network opportunities
- Engaging professional style to build rapport with referring Doctors, Practice Managers and Reception Staff, with the ability to deliver exceptional service
- Resourceful, self motivated, and organised for successful event execution
- Excellent organisational skills to plan, promote and execute promotional lunches, information evenings and any other events as required
- Be technically minded ensuring referrers are well supported. An understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not essential. CRM experience maintaining a referrer database and experience with RIS/PACS or Radiology reporting programs is an advantage.
- Possess a valid Drivers Licence as this role is field based
- Desired background in medical sales/practice management networking, marketing or business development.
