The role

Reporting into the Business Development and Sales Manager - Revenue as a Medical Liaison Officer, you act as the bridge between the business and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop current referrer relationships, whilst delivering on current marketing strategies
• Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude
• Resolve and/or escalate referrer issues or complaints as they arise
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue on growth strategies
• Increase revenue to assigned territory in line with the budget expectations
• Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to gain new referrers
• Increase referrer base in line with predefined KPIs
• Identify leasing opportunities in the market and communicate and work with BDM and other internal and external stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis
• Achieve revenue targets via the implementation of revenue growth strategies.

Role Competencies

• Current Drivers Licence is essential
• Proficient computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to referring practitioners
• Strong organisational and time management skills
