Vivacity Health, an IQVIA company, is currently looking for a Project and Program Coordinator (Paid Intern) to be part of their close-knit team located in our St Leonards office. The Role:
The Project and Program Coordinator is a key member of our team, delivering projects and programs that help educate and support people living with a broad range of diseases, including cancer, psoriasis and diabetes.
As an intern, we will endeavor to ensure you are provided with plenty of training to introduce you to the world of healthcare services, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals and people living with health conditions.
Your role will involve answering incoming phone calls and emails regarding the various programs and ensuring queries are dealt with politely and efficiently. You will be responsible for running regular reports for our clients who sponsor the programs. You will assist Project Managers on other projects and there will also be general administration included in your role.
In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will be invited to join in brainstorm meetings for new projects and programs, to shadow our Project Directors at client meetings, and to get involved in some of the other projects we do here including interactive online learning modules, video animations and product launch events.
This internship is full time, 38 hours a week for 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent role afterwards.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Commerce will also be considered
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A creative mindset and an interest in healthcare
- Able to work Monday to Friday
- Must have previous work experience either in health or a customer service (ie. retail, part time/full time/casual)
- Must have permanent, full time Australia working rights (ie. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
