Medical Reception And Contact Centre Agent

Our busy clinics located in the ACT, are currently looking to fill multiple roles in both Medical reception and our onsite Contact Centres. We are seeking 2 full time Contact Centre agents, 1 full time Medical receptionist and 1 casual Medical receptionist. All roles will be required to rotate throughout the 4 ACT clinics located in Woden, Deakin, Belconnen and Tuggeranong. The role is Monday to Friday working 7.6 hour shifts with optional weekend shifts. Contact centre core hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and reception core hours are 7am-10pm.

What will you be doing: 

• Providing excellent customer service and patient care 
• Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency 
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers 
• Driving the delivery of high quality reception and Contact Centre services

Key selection criteria: 

• Previous Medical receptionist or call centre experience (highly desirable) 
• Ability to manage high volume, inbound calls, using multiple computer systems 
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
