Medical Reception And Marketing

An exciting opportunity exists to improve lives by improving your clients' vision with Laser Vision SA in Adelaide's CBD

This long term role includes Medical Reception and promoting Laser Vision Correction to assist contact lens and spectacle wearers.

Your main duties would include:

• Attracting appropriate patients to Laser Vision SA for Laser Vision Correction by:
  • Creating and monitoring Facebook and Instagram Posts
  • Answering inbound calls and emails from people interested in having vision corrective eye surgery
  • Building strong rapport over telephone or email
  • Booking appointments for vision correction candidates,
  • Performing patient follow up calls emails and texts
  • Maintaining our client relations management software (Hubspot)

Other duties include Medical Reception.

You will need to be:

• Friendly and enthusiastic 
• Punctual and reliable
• Capable of multitasking
• Able to build good rapport with patients
• Be accountable for your success by demonstrating numbers of quality consultations booked

You will also need to be able to:

• Follow enquiries from first contact through to completed procedures
• Start work 7:50 am - 4.50pm  Mon-Fri with 1 half day per week off !
• Follow procedures and protocols required for excellence in service and surgical outcomes, as required for our continuing accreditation

All eye related training is given in house - previous knowledge of eye care/eye surgery is not necessary –
